It was a very productive board meeting today. Thank you to all the owners who took the time to come and called in. Our new Property Manager Angelica Diaz and Maintenance Manager Eric Guzman have been on the job just one week and have provided these reports.
Due to the current Covid-19 city, state and federal mandates, the pools and beaches are currently closed. We ask all owners to please recognize the rules and not use the pools are beach during this time. We will let all owners know when they re-open.

During these difficult and uncertain times, several of our HOA employees have been sent home, only making minimum wage. With your donations we will be able to supplement their income with gifts of cash (donated by owners). One hundred percent of all donations will go directly to the furloughed employees and those employees whose income was directly impacted.
Our HOA President Leroy Tapia has graciously offered to match up to $5,000 of the donations collected. Thank you, Leroy, these donations will go to our Treasurer, Denise Ackerly, who is in Puerto Peñasco at this time. She will make sure all funds get properly disbursed.
